Individual License

Your purchase is licensed for use by one individual user. The digital files may not be shared with another staff member, coworker, caregiver, family member, organization, or other user. You may print and use the included resources as often as needed with the people you personally support.

Team & Organization Licenses

If purchased under a multi-user license, the resources may be used by the number of staff members covered by that license. Licensed staff may print and use the materials with the individuals they support. A separate license is not required for each person receiving support. The license tier must cover the total number of staff members who access or use the Candrie Connect digital files and/or resources

Organization Unlimited License

The Organization Unlimited License covers all staff users employed by or working within one purchasing organization, including staff working across multiple programs, homes, facilities, departments, or locations operated by that organization. Separate licenses are not required for each location. The license applies only to the purchasing organization and does not extend to separately owned organizations, affiliated companies, outside agencies, contractors, or other entities unless they are covered by their own appropriate Candrie Connect license.

Staff Turnover

A multi-user license is based on the number of current staff users covered by the purchased license tier. If a licensed staff member leaves the organization or no longer uses the Candrie Connect resources, that licensed-user spot may be reassigned to another current staff member. The organization must remain within the number of staff users allowed under its purchased license tier.

Using Your Printed Materials

Licensed users may print, cut, laminate, write on, customize, or add information and reuse the Candrie Connect cards, worksheets, and other printable materials as needed. You may keep printed copies in multiple locations where you personally provide support. Printed materials may be used with multiple people you support; a separate license is not required for each person receiving support.

Licensed staff may keep printed copies in the locations where they provide support, as long as the staff members using the resources are covered by the organization’s license.

Please do not:

Share the digital files with anyone who is not covered by your license; upload the files to a public or unrestricted shared drive, website, or resource library; distribute the resources to another organization; resell or redistribute the materials; or modify and distribute the materials as your own work.
